Giving an opportunity for us to 'pause' from the chaos we call life. Having a moment to look after ourselves is something we all deserve but rarely make time for. Whether you have experience practising mindfulness or not - you are welcomed to join these workshops. Looking After No.1 - That's Me includes two sessions: Sat 22nd May @ 10am £7.50 Tues 1st June @ 4pm £7.50 Focus: An introduction to Mindfulness. We dive into the science behind this seemingly new trend and explore how it works. You will be given the opportunity to experience mindfulness at it's best - being guided by a qualified Mindfulness Practioner and teacher. This session equips you to begin (or add to) your very own 'Wellbeing Tool Kit.' Keep an eye out for follow up sessions too by following Mindful Brain on Facebook and Instagram.
