Super Hero Project
This is our signature wellbeing programme and forms the basis of all of the programmes we run. It is the fundamental wellbeing programme which empowers all young people to shift to a healthy mindset, instil a new approach to regulate emotions, learn life long skills to cultivate healthy thoughts, break unhelpful habitual behaviours and practise techniques to calm the body and mind.
We use a uniquely collaborative approach where teachers, parents and children embark on this learning journey together to ensure the desired goals are achieved through continual reflection and implementation.
Our support doesn’t end after the completion of the programme. We’ll continue to support your wellbeing journey to ensure lifelong benefit.

We work in partnership with teachers and children to provide a safe space to understand and cultivate a growth mindset, positive learning attitudes and self-reflection skills. We leverage the therapeutic approach which teaches pro-social behaviours to support wellbeing.
This practical and creative approach to teaching the awareness of the body and mind provides the child with the transferable skills to enable them to perform at their best; allowing them to achieve their potential, both socially and academically.
What we see as an outcome of these sessions are;
-
Improved concentration
-
An ability to self reflect and make helpful choices
-
Resilience and inner strengths to deal with challenges
-
Improved self-esteem and confidence
-
A healthy response to unhealthy thoughts, developing a growth mindset
-
Awareness of emotions and our responses to them
-
Improved balance, control agility, coordination, strength and flexibility
-
Understanding the importance of a healthy mind and body
And the huge bonus is that this can be fully funded by the Sports Premium Grant.

This workshop kicks off a proactive, universal approach to supporting mental health and wellbeing of all young people. This early intervention empowers young people with the knowledge, understanding and skills to make healthy, helpful choices, face challenges with resilience and regulate emotional responses.
Together we begin to build a toolkit of techniques to use in the classroom, in the playground and at home. Working in partnership with parents and teachers allows for regular implementation of the learning and over time a therapeutic culture of nurture and support is established.
This programme is an ideal introduction to supporting young people on their mental health and wellbeing journey.
